I was just curious if this stacks. My hunter is Draeni, and I group with a warrior that is Draeni. When we are grouped together it shows the Heroic Presence Icon on my character. Since my racial gives it to me and other in my group, am I actually getting 2% increase chance to hit?
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I didn't find anything doing a seach. Thanks for any input.

Unless I'm mistaken, Heroic Presence (and its caster counterpart, whose name I can't remember) only gives the buff to your party members, not yourself.
So... no, you're only getting +1% to hit.

Well, I recall looking up the hit cap on wowhead, and I believe they have 1% added if you are a dranei.

I ran around 1% over hit cap for months after hitting 70 because of that. I never saw the buff on me and assumed I didn't get it. XD

It works for you, you just don't get to see it in your buff list. It's passive and hidden.
