BRB, BMW, SWF...ok enough with the Abbr. Is it true that AtoV will be available at level 20 in LK. This is the first I saw of it, but I did see it on wowhead and idk if its true or not. Easy enough I think for a quick answer.

That's what wowhead says. Nothing is finalized until live though, and even then nothing is finalized.
