What is arcane blast? It is talked about in the arcane talent tree but i dont see how you can get it because it is not in the list of spells.
Its a spell u get at lvl 66,
3secs i think, dont remember the dmg,
butthe special thing about it is, once you use it the next cast aganst a creature will be shorter, but will cost more mana.
chek on wow head, im sure they'll have it
