As stated in this thread and your last thread, check the sticky, it has the information you want. If you really want to be spoon fed, then here are some ideas from someone who doesn't know 100% of the mage talents (not my main, just my alt).
First, I am assuming this is for raiding. Second, I am assuming this is for lower end raids, and you are going to be new to raiding when you make it.
This build is pure crud. Notice how just about all builds will do something along 10/48/3 or 40/18/3? Notice that little three there? that is there for Elemental Precision, arguably the best 3 points a fire or frost mage could spend on talent points. Get that. Period. End of discussion. Not having this one talent makes me believe that you did not even READ the best mage post ever. Your other frost choices mean less, though. Basically, if people go into frost, it is either for elemental precision or elemental precision AND Icy Veins. You should JUST spend talent points to get those two things if you are a fire mage. Get rid of Frost Warding (again, did you really read the sticky?) and Frostbite (if you are using frost just to slow things down so you can aoe, you DONT want them frozen). Again, you don't want more then 11 points in frost, so improved blizzard should be out of your build, and permafrost won't do too much for you. Improved Frostbolt would be fine, plug in your other two points in permafrost or the one that lowers the cooldown for frost nova.
On to the fire portion. Blazing Speed and Improved Fire Blast will not be used much as a raiding character. If something catches you to hit you in a raid, you are probably already dead, and Fire Blast takes up a precious global cooldown and there are much better mana per damage spells out there. As a fire mage, your main damage is going to come from FIREBALL. If only there was a talent that would increase that fireball damage by 15% of your spell damage. Oh wait, there is, Empowered Fireball, which you skipped. Also, you are missing Molten Fury. This doesn't seem like much, just adding bonus damage when something is almost dead, but if you think that a boss fight might take 5 minutes (an easy boss fight), 20% using fuzzy math means that for 1 minute of that battle you are going to be doing 20% more damage (yeah, I know, it doesn't go exactly like that, lets just pretend for right now).
Some people would argue that you should not go to a deep fire build until you have better gear (a minimum about mid 800 bonus damage on your sheet?) and until you have a much larger mana pool. An arcane / fire build would probably be much better to start raiding with. The idea of the arcane / fire build is that it boosts your bonus damage with mind mastery and increases your mana regen with arcane concentration and arcane meditation. This build also lowers the amount of spell hit you need if you just cast arcane spells, which will help your dps greatly.
Oh, just incase you wanted, I did some very deep searching and dug up something you might want to read, here you go. Anything I missed should be here, as well as some more explanations as to why your build blows.
