Currently I have equipped the Gladiator's Heavy Crossbow and I would like to get the Merciless Gladiator's Crossbow of the Phoenix.
However, if I look at the "upgrade section" of the Armory it is NO upgrade.
Why is that? Can someone please explain to me why the one I have currently equipped, the Heavy Gladiator, is better than the Crossbow of the Phoenix?

The armory is not a reliable resource for finding upgrades. It shouldn't be taken as a tool to make decisions by any means. The most you should use it for is to see what else is available.

It just looks complicated. Once you've entered your own data in there, you can pretty much check every single upgrade you face to see if it's worth the dkp or not. Not to mention honor/ap/badges/whatever.
