He didn't even insult you (I'm shocked, but it's true) he just said you have no clue when it coems to arena. Which is obviously true. If you take that so hard, maybe you should take the game less seriously?

An expansive mind is willing to take advice from others, especially from those who have extensive knowledge.
Whether you take that advice or not really isn't the issue though. You came in here asking for advice. You got it. Doesn't matter if it's not the answer you wanted to hear. Open your mind and accept the criticism. Only then will you start have an expansive mind.
However will all of that said, I think you're a troll/sock. The subtle hints are there.
I actually did something similar to this 2 weeks ago. Took my prot pally to my 1500 3s team just cause i only needed 200 pts and didn't want to waste 100g on respecs. Mage(0 pvp gear), rogue(350 res), prot pally(0 res, 15k hp, t5/t6 prot gear). Figured we'd go 0-10, but there are some real dumb peeps out there and we ended 3-7. And every time it was because the other team was melee heavy(or physical dps heavy) and tried to focus me to make me bubble, assuming i was holy(i have 9k mana in mostly prot gear with a couple trinket, ring swaps). But even dumb teams aren't dumb enough to fall for it twice.

Prot pally might be able to heal 4 times and they'll be empty. Ret pally could heal about the same and actually do a little damage.

Guys guys, we all know that this is the pally to beat...
I faught her in Arena last night and she went down faster than any clothie I've ever faught. (Yes, my rating is low if I am fighting people like her, but we just started a month ago as fresh 70s, we're almost back up to 1500).

9k mana or not his heals won't be worth the time they take to cast. Do you really want to heal as a paladin? Spec holy. Prot may be hard to beat down, but if you can't keep your squishy ally up with weak heals they're toughness is for nothing. I know if it was a rogue and pally and the pally was hardly taking damage, then its time to focus fire the rogue.
