As simple as the subject says. Can I do heroics considering this gear level?
And by heroics, I mean an easier one like Slave Pens? And should I be able to tank 3 of them, like the very first 3 in H SP at the same time.

Good thing is that you've hit the uncrittable bench mark of 490 defense. HP seems a bit low, especially with kings (armory shows you well under 12k with kings). You could swap out a couple defense gems for stam gems since you are at 509 defense. Since you don't have a defense neck you could upgrade to a pvp neck for more stam. Work on your SSO rep and grab the shield there, would be a big upgrade. I don't see any Keepers of Time rep on your armory. Should work on that and get the helm enchant for more avoidance. Eventually upgrade to the merc gavel.
