does haste affect windfury's cooldown?
I was actually wondering about this as well, considering some amazing gear also comes with haste rating (like venir's fists).
Raglu is right, but it depends on what the OP meant in the original question.
Haste doesn't affect the 3 second hidden CD on WF, but it does effect which hand the WF procs on.
In reality though, the white damage increase from haste tops the WF crits that land on more MH blows over time.
I love me some Haste.

Haste only affects cast speed/swing speed right?
If that is the case than it would not affect windfury at all.
Windfury does not have a cast time, and the swing speed is instant when it procs.
As far as time between procs, that will be the same, Im sure that will stay nerfed for all eternity.
Keep in mind, Im no expert, but nothing at all points to this affecting windfury in the slightest. Sorry If there is something im missing.
