Saw on the wowhead site that supposedly there will be a special deathknight flying mount, and wow I hope they redo it because as it looks not, it's really kind of pathetic looking, here's a link that hopefully works http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?item=40775#comments
Ya that does look pretty god awful for a flying mount. However, if the training is less expensive (e.g druids, locks, pallys) why not just buy yourself a regular mount. The training is the expensive part.
I agree fully this thing is beyond ugly... However if the rumours are true this flying terd will have a 100% flight speed at aprentace flying and 280% at master despite the increased cost (950g) It's a toss up however.
Um...anyone notice the 7th thread in this forum (well, at least as I type this, this being the 2nd thread.)

The mount is deathknight only and costs about 950G. Also requires 300 riding skill.
Incidentally, it is STILL ugly as sin and I would rather grind the rep for a drake or something on my DK than use that nasty looking thing. It looks like a dead Christmas dinner...
