The guy has three blue items. The rest are purple, from places as high as MH. This is so not pre-Kara.
Get the badge tank cape, Slikk's Cloak of Placation. Lose the Band of Determination. Plenty of better tankadin rings.. Ring of the Stalwart Protector for instance, from a badge vendor on Quel'Danas.

Agree mostly with Ehcks, the badge ring especially would be a big upgrade and perhaps the Stoic Guardian (old) badge chest would help for threat also. For non-badge items I could suggest the neck from Maiden and the tanking shoulders from ZA. Apologies for no names but I'm at work and I'm sneaking this post in :)
On a side note, can I assume you are in Hyjal Trash gear with that shield? Your avoidance looks painfully low (painful for your healers that is) with just under 45% pure avoidance but I'd have expected more block for Hyjal Trash.

Oh im crazily undergeared. Just grabbed hammer of atonement btw from trashdrops. Ill have 100 badges in no time, im just wondering what peice would be the biggest upgrade, i was debating the old chestpeice or the new legs.
btw the sheild isnt that bad, just because its a holy sheild doesnt mean it cant server other purposes, it has decent stam, great armor, great block, and decent spell damage.
