I'll start off with the easier question, are the final estimation in Losie's tank FAQ with, or without gems? Enchants as well. The enchants I can figure out/they are listed. But I have no idea what to do for gems.

As for the macros question: How would I make a macro in which when I hit shift would do something like /cast [Target = X] Blessing of Freedom but if I am not holding shift down it would cast it on myself? I assume to once that basic code is down I can just copy/paste which spells I want to use (Holy Light, FoL, BoP etc etc)

/cast [modifier: shift][target=X] Blessing of Freedom; [target=player] Blessing of Freedom

should work like that.

The enchants were a selection of the enchants I listed for each piece. The gems were all Solid Stars of Elune, I mentioned it in there. For your particular set you'll want to gem for whatever it is that you need, but when all of your other stats are taken care of it usually makes sense to go stamina with the leftover sockets.

/cast [modifier:shift, target=player] Blessing of Freedom; [help] Blessing of Freedom

If I didn't miss something in that, it should:

Cast BoF on you if you have shift held down, cast it on a friendly target (selected) if you down have shift held down, and do your default behavior if you dont have a friendly target selected. By default behavior, I mean if you have WoW set to give you the selector finger when you cast a spell or if you have it set to automatically cast it on yourself when you don't have a friendly target.

Even if I did miss something in that, the modifier:shift is what you're looking for, and I'm sure you could improvise something from that.
