please help with holy lvling buildFollow

I am playing a lvl 31 pally, and I want to start learning to heal in instances, and have the ability to solo(the ability not be very good at it). I ask for your help, if you guys have any builds that worked well for you and you can share with me, please do.

p.s. I am new to the class and enjoy using a one hand sward and shield.
