i would take a gathering profession like mining or herbalism coupled with enchanting, because de'ing can be the most lucrative thing in the game if you do it right, and not to mention high end herbs and minerals go for crazy g per stack. then when you hit 70 and are set on leveling a crafting profession, you should be sitting on enough gold to powerlevel it. hoped this helped :p

I don't know that I'd recommend LWing. It's decent during the lower levels for making yourself some upgrades, but all you have to look forward to at the higher levels are leg armors and drums. Most of the stuff from LWing can be obtained via AH for minimal cost, and you won't ever use that much of it; you only need one riding crop, and it would be ludicrous to level LWing all the way to 375 just for a few 25-man raid patterns.

I'd take Mining/Engineering.

For pvp, I'd say JC/Enchanting.

My main is Engineering/Enchanting but I'm leveling my reroll as Mining/Enchanting and finally he'll be JC/Enchanting. Engineering is loosing power constantly in terms of pvp (rocket boots nerf).
