No. It's a terrible, terrible site.
Like be.imba it evaluates gear based off item level. While it's nicer than be.imba the information it provides is just as worthless.

tyvm for these answers, I hoped as much because it said I was barely able to do kara (not like I care as I prefer pvp) while in kara before (even though i prefer pvp I have done kara twice) guilds have asked if I would do kara again with them.
