does the seal of justice no fleeing judgement have any effect on enemies in a pvp situation?

Yes, they can not go over 100% movement speed, barring passive effects like boot enchants, I think.

it can stun them, the proc off hit - not the judgement.

If you're clever and good with timing....there is an interesting possibility for this.

Can you elaborate? I'm really curious because I never use it. If it is useful, then I'll start addin it into my rotations.

This. It applies only to Rank 2 of the seal however, and is much more useful in BGs and World PVP than in Arena.

Ghost wolfs, cheetahs, sprinting rogues, anyone on a mount, et al., end up dead because they so rarely have ever seen a pally judge Justice on them. I personally think the novelty does as much to disorient them as the debuff actually does.

Awesome. I can't wait to try this out. Guess I'll have to put the seal back in my action bar :)

Using the seal can be useful at times as well as the occasional 2 sec stun can be useful in throwing an enemy player off their flow.

I should imagine that it would also be useful if you had deep thunder or stormherald for the addtional chance at a stun.

You would lose out on damage over SoC, however when your health is a bit low and that warrior wants a piece of you it can lessen the incoming damage a bit due to the free stun.

The main use is its judgement I'll admit though.

At the same time you lose out on almost all damage if you can't catch them.

It's a godsend in arena. Stick it on a shaman/druid post-haste, it's refreshed by melee and CS, so you can still keep spamming Seal and judgement of comand/blood for normal burst damage.

I also occasioally use it in WSG to peel healers away from an efc, or just to pick off allies in AV who try to escape on mounts. Enjoy!

You can really **** off healers using seal of justice and **** off runners/flag carriers using judgement of justice.
