And all this time I've been underestimating the skill. I never fully realized it's a damn *** annoying skill to enemies because they keep losing you as target. It simply f*cks up any kind of stunlock/skill order you had planned to use on the rogue.

I'll still give 28/0/43 a chance to see if I like it, but right now I'm very tempted to go for Shadowdance. Does anyone know if it goes trough a stun? I mean, if there's a rogue stunlocking you he'll ofcourse still be able to see you if he's behind you, but if shadowdance works like vanish (which it seems to do) he'll lose sight of you regardless. It looks like a very powerful tool to me.

It's alright. Both of the people Zyz ganked are retards. The rogue that tried to gank him originally is an effing moron for blowing KS early like that on a rogue that's obviously in PvP gear.

Cool for ganking morons? Yeah.

Good for arena use? Maybe. If you get CC'd during the effect, well, you just wasted Shadow Dance.

Well, thing is it's 1) a bit harder to CC somebody shadowdancing. Even with all possible stealh-see stuff, he'll disappear from your vision for a second or such, just as with vanish. If it works that way that is, but looking the the video, I assume it does. And 2), it depends on the CC though. Cyclone would pretty much mess it up aye. But like I pointed out, it could mess up a rogue stunlock. At the very least make it harder for him to keep it up, or forcing him to kidney shot with like 1 or 2 seconds left on cheap shot.

Fear is a 1.5 sec cast (so are Cyclone and Poly, for that matter) and you're visible for 3 secs.

Stop thinking like it's 1v1 when you use ShD. It's useful--yes--in arena, but it's hardly worth giving up Imp KS, CB, and Fleet Footed, and that's what needs to be taken into consideration when you look at this talent.

I'd also like to note that I've used this ability extensively, while no one else on this forum has.

Point taken... I've wanted those talents for quite a bit... thing is just that I'm sticking with my daggers... and subtlety daggers without cheap backstab is like it stands now; fairly useless.

Oh well, I'll just see how it goes once the game goes out... if subt daggers stays as weak compared to other stuff as it is now, I might have to go muti.

Yeah, point taken about ShS daggers; you need that 45e BS cost to make it viable.

I'm not saying the talent is worthless, I'm just saying it's less impressive than you guys make it out to be. For ShS dagger rogues, it's more worth it than just getting CB.

But for hemo rogues? Hah, no.
