Getting the PvP weapons for a PVE build is obviously something a lot of us do.
For a moonkin is the Merciless staff or the Merciless Gavel + an offhand better?
I still need +hit and I know the staff comes with more up front, but... well... it looks horrible tbh.
If I go with the on hander which off hand is good? Anything from Kara?

The only offhands that are in Kara that come to mind drop from Netherspite and Nightbane, and while Mace + Any of those offhands (or the pvp ones) give more +dam than the staff, it doesn't have as much spell hit/crit/intel as the Staff.
