So today I dinged 51 and got my Ice Barbed Spear. I am curently fury, with 2 level 48blue onehanders. Could someone help me choose between those weapons? I leveled as arms to 46 (with slow two-handers), then went fury and I like both playstyles. Also, could someone suggest a build if I go the spear, please? I really don't know if I should go fury for imp slam and the rest in arms or go full arms. Any tips are welcome.
If you want us to aid you in the decision-making process, it'd be useful to know what items you're trying to decide between. At the very least you should name them. Preferably, though, you can link them through Allakhazam's extensive database so we can see at a glance what the respective stats are. I have no idea what your lvl 48 blue weapons are, so it is impossible to let you know which to pick.
For IBS, I'd reccomend you go with the Slam Fury build (i.e. get Imp Slam). WHAM! WHAM! - dead mob. :)

well the ice noob spear has stats making it just about the best blue level 58 2H weapon... and you're comparing it to a pair of blue level 48 weapons.
put 'sader on it and enjoy feeling as overpowered as you ever will in wow, prolly moreso than even the ww axe @ level 30.
if they were purple level 48 weapons, ice noob spear would be better.

Thanks for the answers. When I went dual wield I fel like it was a huge upgrade (imba with sharpening stones) so that's why I wasn't sure which one to go, altough the spear is obviosly better quality-wise. So, which build should I go for? Anyone else can confirm Slam Fury is the best right now, like YJMark said?

It's not necessarily the best. It's just what I suggested (which is what you asked) :)
You can also go down the Arms tree if you want. I would recommend you check out the DPS sticky for a detailed description of your options, and then pick whatever you want. There is no "best" while leveling. Both will perform equally well.

Slam fury is the best with good latency. Otherwise MS is good. Flurry makes a huge difference though, larger than the difference between MS and BT, so consider that.
