Yes its mostly full pvp gear, but Id like to get into more raids. I was thinking I could take out the +STA gems for +hit gems. Even if I re-gem my current gear with all +Hit gems, I dont think Id have 202. Is it 202 or bust? Or close to 202?
Anyway...What, with the gear, would be the best raid spec...?

With your gear, go UA for raids. Suppression will make up part of the difference in your hit rating for now. Instead of regemming hit in your PvP gear, work on getting some PvE gear - craft Spellstrike hood and pants and Belt of Blasting, and farm Heroic Magister's for the shoulders, gloves, and robes. Gem for hit in those places so that you're not sacrificing your PvP gear and your 300g gems.
For now though, I'd say a simple respec to 41/0/20 or something similar would be plenty for Kara, just don't take that as an excuse not to gear yourself up with crafted pieces and the like.

I am hit capped and dmg is 866, but everytime I reply to a LFM for Kara etc, I get asked what is my +dmg. Not once have I been asked what is my +hit. Because I am not over the seemingly magical 1k dmg I get kthxbai.
