I respecked to DW Fury and am following the path of a 17/44/0 build. I don't understand the Enrage talent. I picked it and can not find it in my list of Abilities. Is it passive and just doesn't need to show on the Ability list? But even my racial passives show up so ????

It's passive. Racials show up so you know they're there, but talented passive effects (like Cruelty, for example) don't show up on the spellbook.
