I'm trying to customize my UI to make raid healing easier.

Currently, I'm using Grid but having troubles and the corresponding wiki doesn't help much for the typical layman. Is there any way to configure people's bars to show their full name and the numerical values of their current health and health deficit all the while displaying a colored health bar?

I'm also using clique for purging mind control, curing poisons, etc. and that's pretty helpful.

Anyone want to suggest other addons they find essential to raiding (and possibly how they configured it themselves)? Bonus points for screen shots.

P.S.: I'm a minimalistic kinda guy so the less clutter the better. Plus, I gatta keep that frame rate high.

XPerl raid frames in the upper right, though now I use Grid. You might like it more, it has the names, the deficits (you have to go into the settings for that) and bigger health bars. Only problem is that it takes up alot of space.

You may also want to look into Decursive for decursing/dispelling. Above my chat box on the pic, all those little boxes are raid members and when you hover over them, as I'm doing in the pic, it shows what is wrong with them. It only shows status ailments that can be dispelled. It works like Clique, except it's on its own, you don't have to set up Clique for it.

In the lower right of mine you see the big menu of totems. I find it essential, opening up my bars for other things, it's called Totemus.

In the upper right you see those little bars. Totem timers, each of the 4 shows a totem that is on the ground and the bar drains until the totem times out. Very useful.

The others are standards, Recount, Omen, blah blah.
