Should I put Wind Fury on both weapons? Or WF on one and something else like Flametongue on the otehr?
Both and if I remember correctly equip two weapons with a 2.5 spd or slower so the chance to proc is more likely. Been a while since I was enhancement.
Windfury on both. Like was said, 2.6 or slower. You're better taking a green 2.6 mace/axe/fist weapon over an epic 1.8 speed dagger.
On that note, Windfury just looks cooler than any of the others...why would you even wanna use anything else? :-)

Yes, WF on both hands. Although, I have seen a few pretty good shamans with Flametongue on a 1.5 speed or faster OH do some serious damage in PvE.
For dual Windfury the key is to make sure the Off-hand is as close to 2.6 as possible so it won't "steal" WF procs.
I've actually been toying with an insane Haste-gear set and with double goose procced, Drums of Battle and Blust I've gotten swing speeds of 1.18 (Looky Ma, I'm a rogue!). At that speed, it doesn't matter what hand procs, LOL, everything gets torn to shreds. Good times.

You should do whatever it is that makes you happy... but if doing the most damage is what you are looking for I would put WindFury on both weapons...
