Pally Macros and Key BindingsFollow

After taking both a rogue and mage up to 70 I'm trying my hand at leveling up a Pally. As I'm new to this class, I'd like to ask for suggestions on two things:

1.) Macros. What combination of spells do you recommend having as a macro?

2.) Key bindings. What spells do you currently have bound to your mouse?

Info on my character: 42 Dwarf Palladin (Ret Spec) currently focusing on PVE.
