Have they changed the Hit Rating and I was not aware of it ? Or is 143 still the the Cap for us ?
142 for hunters without surefooted, 95 for hunters with

Hit cap for SV is 95. Cmon, how did 2 of you miss this?
I double fail then because I was thinkin it was about 86.
and if one is draenai and survival the hit cap is a mere 75.

127: Raid boss, +1% hit from Draenei aura
95: Raid boss, +3% hit from 3/3 Surefooted or Improved Faerie Fire
79: Raid boss, +4% to hit from Draenei aura and either Surefooted or Faerie Fire
48: Raid boss, +6% to hit from Surefooted *and* Faerie Fire
32: Raid boss, +7% to hit from Draenei aura, Surefooted, and Faerie Fire
127: Raid boss, +1% hit from Draenei aura
95: Raid boss, +3% hit from 3/3 Surefooted or Improved Faerie Fire
79: Raid boss, +4% to hit from Draenei aura and either Surefooted or Faerie Fire
48: Raid boss, +6% to hit from Surefooted *and* Faerie Fire

+9% hit to never miss a boss (or level 73).
