I'm sure there's a standard or fairly standard answer to this, but I can't find it? Anyone?

Oh shut UP I am NOT about to think for MYSELF, people.

In the yellow put an orange heal/intellect gem. Some healers go with a spell haste gem in the yellow slot, but these would be at T6 content, so no need for priests just making primal mooncloth sets.

In the blue slot, blue spirit gems or purple heal/spirit gems. I'd go for spirit gems, but depends if you need the mana regen or not.

Nifty. Thank you.

So it would seem from your advice that the bonuses are worth matching the sockets?

Honestly, by the time I finish the set we're probably only talking about a couple of months before WOTLK, so I'll probably never see beyond heroics, if that matters.

For PMC, the socket bonuses suck, so I'd just go healing/spirit. Once you get pieces that have some decent socket bonuses (+healing, +regen, or +spirit), then I'd go with healing/spirit in reds and blues, and healing/int in yellows, until you find yourself wanting on either more regen or more healing (where blues become straight spirit, or reds because straight healing).

And yea, I wouldn't worry about haste until you're trying to decide how to socket T6.
