Executioner doesn't outdo mongoose until you have a **** load of passive ArP.

If I remember correctly didn't someone relook into the numbers and even with the impossible ArP it still didn't beat dual mongoose? I thought I read that somewhere not too long ago.
It does, but it takes alot of passive ArP. Same reason WSC becomes good later on.
