From what I've seen many people say "go 40/21" or "17/44 is best", but I dont think I've actualy ever seen what talents are used. I'm thinking of respeccing into the 40/21 (though I've never seen it >_> ), but I was wondering what frost talents are used. If you could link it or tell it to me that'd be great. Oh, and I'm just pvping, maybe heroics but probaly not raiding. (and if you think the 17/44 is better for that, just enlighten me =P )

Those builds are in the sticky (Greatest Mage Post Ever), so I won't link them to ya. If you're just pvping, I'd go either 17/0/44. If you want more flexibility to do more damage and have more utility, I'd actually go deep frost (something like 2/0/49). IMO, 40/0/21 is a raiding build.
