Know theres been a lot of leaks, but I prefer to play the 'wait for the official word' game.
Shammies look to have some sweet new talents and some great revamps to the old.

With 'Paralysis' linked to lightning, the fire totem/frost shock buffs (stun effects), and Thunderstorm, I'm actually considering giving the Enhance side a break and running full Elemental for some S4 gear...then again, Spectral Transform and Feral Spirit...ARRRRGGGGHHHH

Hang on a minute... I detect a subtle change. Maelstrom Weapon used to reduce the cast time of "your next Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning or Lava Burst spell", and now it's "of your next spell".

Are they seriously going to let us pull off instant cast heals?

Don't get thrilled just yet. Do note that it's 5/5 for a 20% reduction, and stacks five times. You have to crit five times to make a spell instant. Not impossible by any means, but it's not quite going to be like you're going to have an instant spell on tap whenever you need it. It's yet another talent that's going to be much more useful for sustained DPS in PvE than in PvP.

Plus side I have been told if you where suppose to crit and resilience on target prevented it any beneficial procs will still come into affect (Unleash Rage, Flurry, shamanistic focus)

While this may not make this perfect in pvp it will still help a little bit, and with heals this talent can only make pvping better as enhancement, specially in bgs. But I can still see enhancement having some difficulties in arena.
