Looking over the prot tree I see a few things that may be overlooked.

Improved Disarm;
Reduces the cooldown of disarm and shield break... Yeah yeah, ok.

Causes the target to take 10% more damage while disarmed. Now that sounds like MT quality to me. I'm sure quite a few mobs and bosses will not be able to be disarmed, but 10% increase to raid damage sounds impressive.

Sounds like disarm is going to be in rotation.

Imp Shield Bash;
Yeah, 100% silence. yada yad.
10% more shield slam damage... sounds like a must for threat rotation.

Vigilance;
10% less threat, star dps. We've talked about that in other posts.

Stalwart Protector;
2 rage per parry/dodge. Overgearing will be less of a problem now. Their was a post a while back by a endgame raid tank about how poorly warrior tanks do after they overgear an instance. Unlike prot pali's and feral druids. This comes as no surprise to me, as many end game warriors felt that something like this was needed to balance out rage gen vrs avoidance. Many long posts about this in the Oforums.

Safeguard;
I have mixed ideas about this talent. I'm not sure how to take it, but it sounds like an OT or a 5man talent.

Critical Block;
30% chance to block 2x damage. This does sound impressive, but I have yet to see gear itemization yet for WotLK. And with the changes to the shield block skill, I have mixed feelings about this as well.

Sword and Board;
Now here's something I think that hasn't been overlooked, but should be considered for threat rotation of skills. Should we devastate more? Should we take it because of shield slams overall superbness? I again would like to see some itemization of gear towards slower tanking weapons as at least an equal option to faster tanking weapons.

Shockwave;
AoE threat stun... for 12 rage with focused rage. Sounds interesting. I want to see some TPS reports... 20 second cooldown. It better be more threat than shield slam.

Side note-

No crushing blows. Thus eliminates the need for xxx.x% avoidance/block. I have some idea that this will remove the need for shield based tanks. Not that warriors are going to give up the shield ever when seriously tanking.

Shield slam, for clarity sake, not shield bash
