I have never played a paladin, and don't know much about the class, off the bat,
so i heard a rumor that pallys can AOE grind? what is this about, can anyone give me a explanation?

Just Google it, and some youtube videos are good, too.
It's pretty simple, really. Gather up a group of mobs, use Blessing of Sanctuary, Holy Shield, and Ret Aura to burn them down while refreshing your health and mana with seals. Good times. :)
