If 0/26/45 fails because of energy starvation, 0/28/43 will probably be the same.

For a combat/subtlety hybrid you'd probably want something like 0/31/40, with imp sprint having to make up for the ShS loss. I personally would turn that into this... Not sure about the use of precision in PvP. While the off-hand boost rocks, precision is 5 useless points if you're already on the pvp hit cap with arena gear, and 10 points for 50% off-hand damage is a big cost.

Waste of talents. Without 2x AR, the build fails.

Also, Precision is never a waste in PvP. Hit rating is highly undervalued in PvP, just because we've never really had the itemization to be able to go for hit rating.

When I get my S3/S4 shoulders, you can bet I'm gemming them with a purple/orange combo.

Why? I thought it was your guide that said we don't really need too much hit rating since S4 puts you exactly on top of the yellow hit cap.

Apart from energy starvation, your poisons get raped by abolish and you have worse mobility (than 30/0/41 or some variant).

If you go twenty or more in combat, get DW spec.

Hit is useful in PvP for white attacks and to be yellow hit capped for mages/rogues. Yes, it takes second place to agi after yellow hit cap, but a load of it is still very useful. You don't socket crit at all, but you still pick up malice.

For yellow yes... your auto attacks can still miss just as easily and having them not miss is major dps increase, so therefore precision is a very valuable PvP talent.

Close, but Kavekk got it right; mages, rogues, scorpid sting, and insect swarm.

hey theo, just wondering if you've had a chance to play with an SV hunter with hunting party. I'm curious how the energy regen felt.

For those that haven't seen it yet, here's a good look at the zones that are currently open in WotLK beta, as well as a peek at some of the instances that are open.

That's the movie you posted in general? Just watching it... Some bits make me feel "Meh, looks like TBC and vanilla wow", but other parts are really amazing.
