Want A Second Oppinion On Ele TrinketsFollow

I currently have the lightning capacitor from ilhoof in kara....and my question is, would Quag's eye from heroic slave pens give me better overall DPS on my ele shammy. I have done all the math and in best case scenario MY math shows that the lightning capacitor gives me about 120 more dps than the Quag's eye would....I'm taking all oppinions so please help me out here

Thottbot says it is a 10% proc chance with no cool downs so it oprocs pretty often.

The shiffar's Nexus-Horn is 20% chance proc but only on crits keep this in mind, both are really nice i would say for dps quag's eye will provide more dps but when you want to beef up crit for a longer boss fight the horn is awesome. Generaly you will always use lightning cap, but sometimes for trash it is fine just to go with shiffar horn and eye they are great trinkets.

I tend to prefer proc based trinkets so I am more partial to the sexatant and mags eye, untill you get some of those hang on to your horn and quag

I'm not being ignorant...what I'm saying is a 1% chance to be resisted while hit capped isnt worth it for that trinket in my oppinion...Sure it has nice spell damage....but id prefer i nice proc effect/proc rate to add on....and to me a 1% chance isn't worth it

Like I said use lightning cap and quag's eye for all out dps, use lightning cap and horn for longer boss fights where mana may be an issue.
