So ive been camping humar for 4 hours so far, 30 minutes in i killed the zebra boss, any one know the spawn timer on humar, and wether or not he shares it with the zebra?
He is a pain to wait for , i think it is about 8 hours to respawn as thats about how long i waited ( was logging on about every 20 minutes ) i have read its about 8 hours anyway or perhaps even 12 ?.
He seems to be about at odd times anyway , i would tend to try to log on every once in a while and just camp there while playing alts if you have them.

He will pop once a day.
Don't even think about leaving the tree if you want to get him. I personally sat for nine hours straight up in that tree, pulling lions up in the tree to melee them to death so I could get their skins. They predominantly drop Light Leather and Leather Scraps... I filled all my bags with Medium Leather halfway into the hunt. Then it was five hours of mostly staring at the shadowy patch under the tree.

If you have ADD I wouldn't suggest you trying to tame Humar.
I thought i got lucky the first time i saw humar, just walked up to the tree to check and there he was started taming him and some ******* Nelf came by and one shotted him, but i would not give up so i sat and waited 10 hours later he popped again and was mine.

I just parked my hunter there and periodically logged in. In the mean time I leveled another character. It only took a few days before I got lucky.
