Relentless Earthstorm Vs. 18 stimina and 5% stun and fear restit one...
12 agi and 3% crit damage
(tank spec)
I had been under the impression that at like 30% crit, that the extra damage would bacicly glue the mobs onto me... plus the 12 agi... am i wrong for geming the relentless?
And lets make the case for a tank with 15k unbuffed health.

Do you use the same head piece for dps-cat, or a different one? I have the Stamina one on mine because I don't want any more +AGI. My dodge rating is too high as it is. If you can afford to have more dodge, this +AGI/crit will certainly help give out some extra damage. It will also be the best kitty gem out there, so you're all set if you use your head piece for both tank and dps.

For tanking?

Stamina and 5% stun/fear resistance. Definitely.

Agree with both. If you use the helm for tanking and dps, agility/crit is not a bad choice, but if you're at the level of gearing/progression indicated by 15k unbuffed health you certainly have discrete pieces, in which case I'd go for the stam/resist metagem. Your first priority in building your tank set has got to be survivability/healability, imho. Then you worry about DPS/TPS if and when your healers confirm that you're pretty easy to keep alive AND fights are taking too long because your limited TPS is forcing your damage dealers to ease off too much.
