hey i hit level 70 a few weeks ago and wanted to know were could i raid, here is my armory

yeh i been to kara 2-3 times what should my hp be at?
Well, your gear is fine for kara/gruul/maggy. Beyond that however, youre mp5 is a tad low. Seeing youve gemmed every socket with +22 healing, I'd try replacing some of those for 9heal/4spi ones.

what stats will i need for ssc/tk something like 200 mp/5? also would Vial of sunwell be a good item for me to get?

You're +healing is about what most people have when they first start walking into Hyjal and Temple. Your mana regen is quite a ways off, though. Instead of gemming 22healing gems, in the future I'd go with either 11heal/5spi or 11heal/5int gems to try and boost your regen up a bit, maybe even throwing in a few straight +10spirit gems. In general, I'd go with any socket bonus that isn't stamina, that should give you a pretty good balance of healing and regen. I'd aim for 200mp5 for T5 stuff, and 250-ish for T6 stuff.

Remember that the gear needed to heal a raid depends a lot on how strong the raid is. If you join a raid that is just learning SSC you need to be well geared because the fights will be long and hard. If you are helping a guild that has it on farm any Kara geared player is good enough. That even applies to BT/MH, a guild with those on farm will take a weak healer over no healer so they can raid.
yeh i know ^^ it will be a long time till i see theses raids again but i want to know what i could do my guild is still on kara and cant get past that 2nd boss
Question: why spirit and not mp5?
Once you get in anything much better than Kara gear, 2-3 spirit is better than 1mp5 *while chaincasting.* Throw in Clearcasting->Inner Focus, innervate, Bangles of Endless Blessing, and any time outside the 5SR, plus the raw +healing you get from spirit, and it's far, far better than mp5.
