Spell Haste and Me Follow

I just changed servers from Burning Legion to Mug'Thol because there are more guilds in T6/Sunwell content, so I am currently guildless, which of course means pugging Kara, ZA, and Gruuls/Mag. Here is my character name and realm so you can Armory me feel free to offer suggestions or whatnot.

Anyway on to my question. I am currently closing in on 2k heals, so I am starting to look at spell haste especially since I just got the ZA ring with haste. I am a BS so I was thinking about craftin the Dawnsteel Shoulders and then getting the bracers as well bringing my haste rating to about 96. Is this enough to really make a difference? Or will taking away from my Mp5 and crit right now just leave OOM alot?

Any Pallies that have haste experience please give me your opinion on Haste and Pally Healing. ( I am looking at you Bode since I know you responded or started a haste post before, I just couldn't find it)

P.S. I don't really know how to link items or Armory pages neatly on here, so if someone could give some pointers on that or if there is a post that explains this please feel free to share that info as well.
