Not really. Just make sure you pick up Bladefist's Breadth or whatever the trinket was called from Hellfire. There's a rather nice cloak from one of the instances as well. Other than that, just keep questing. In that area closer to Zangarmarsh, there's a Night Elf giving a quest where you can get a decent crossbow as well.

Don't be discouraged even though it looks like all mail is made for Shamans. It mostly just looks like it. Have a friendly LW make you some green mail to flesh out the questgear you'll pick up. Once you hit Zangarmarsh, there's a quest that gives you some nice blue shoulders. Big wasp called Lord something or other I think...

Either way, you'll quest your way to 70 quite fast, really. Personally I'd leave the Netherstorm quests for after you hit 70. You'll get a quick startup fund of cash by doing those quests when you have a flying mount. Racking up ten quests at once before turning them in takes less than an hour, and at 70 you get around 10g or more per quest. Doing those while doing dailies every day will pay for most of the stuff you will need to get a quick headstart at 70.

I would have rushed to Outland first if i had known what i know now but like you i waited and have since regretted it.

I can guarantee with the first 10 quests or by drops in Outland you will change almost every piece of armour you are wearing , unless you have been getting a few special pieces, the birds in hellfire drop a hell of a lot of greens or at least did for me as i farmed them , my advice though is check here to see what quests are easy and just do them and head as fast as you can to Zangermarsh as that is to me a far better hunter place even if under 63 you can still survive usually as the mobs are not that close together you get mobbed all the time.

So get out there and go back if you like to the old world later , you will not regret it.
