help with chosing the right taunt macroFollow

Hi guys.

I'm sorry if this topic has been beaten to death, but I have a very minimal understanding of what the different macros do.

What I'm looking for, is a macro that would allow me to mouse over a person's unitframe, hit a button to cast taunt on them, and not lose my current target.

I'd also be grateful for any other suggestions, but please describe what the macro does, and how to use it.
