You have enough with 16 points to get all the vital talents, 21 just doesnt do much anymore.
And exotic pets, I think we'll all be using a raptor anyway.
(the special gives +10% AP when it crits, and with cobra strikes pets crit 99% of all it's specials...)
For the switching of specs, I think blizzard has that as the next big money sink, allowing you to drop 5k gold or so to have 2 specs and switch between them.
