I've never twinked a toon and only leveled one to 70, but it's my understanding that twinking has very little to do with fast leveling. Twinking is about camping out at max level within a bracket (usually 19 or 29, some 39 and gets less advantageous beyond that) and spending hundreds and hundreds of gold on absolutely the #1 gear and enchants money can buy for that slot at that level. So are you looking to A) Twink your druid, or B) Level as fast as possible? While leveling druids aren't very gear-dependent, so most people usually just say to take whatever upgrades come your way and actively look to upgrade pieces when they get >8-10 levels beneath you.
Two questions that might help me (maybe others) understand what you're talking about: What's "leveless" gear? What is "being pl'd" mean?
