Hybrid Resto/Elemental SpecFollow

I am looking for a decent hybrid build that will keep me effective as a healer yet not totally useless when questing/soloing. Below is what I have been tweaking for when I hit 60, which will probably be this evening when I get home from work.

I know I have been told that you can heal fine as an off spec, but I will probably be pugging my way to 70 as a healer, but questing while waiting for groups or during off peak hours when I cannot get groups (west coast server, east coast player).

Any opinions on the above spec? Something I should leave out or add. I would appreciate any help, I am new to healing, so taking a partial healing spec will help with the learning curve. Also I have decided to go with elemental since +spl damage greens usually have and equal amount of +healing as well.

It might be something small, but I'd do this;

If you take out 1 point in resto you can get Elemental mastery at 69, speeding up your levelling a lot when you're doing the slowest level. Then you can do a full respec at 70.

I'm currently running this as a PvP build:
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/shaman/talents.html?tal=5500015500021535105050002000000000000000050005001000000000000
Pretty much full ele build with a bit of resto and ghost wolf.
Gear wise I'm running a mix of welfare mail (for equal) spell/heal bonus, but I tend to use a weapon and trinkets with the major bonus on healing.
It cranks out some great burst DPS and leaves you as a fairly competent healer when required. I'll tend to rotate shocks and lightning in battles, then, at bosses, focus on the main tank and start cranking out chain heals. I tend, on average to finish up with approx 100-120k damage and 45-50k healing. So, it seems to be working well for the moment.

Thanks for the replies.

Moz : is that talent really that much of a DPS increase?

Ozone : Thanks for the build idea, but I am looking for a level 60 build. At 70 I am going full resto.

I plan to run instances as much as possible while only questing on the side and during downtime or while waiting for an instance. So I am putting more focus into the resto tree, just figured by using the remaining points in Elemental it would only make it easier, since I will be wearning +Healing/Spell Damage gear :)

I think so... When solo'ing that allows you go pretty much instantly/really fast kill one mob for every... 5 you down? Sounds like win/win to me.
