1-20, that's about what I did with the exception that I'm a N.Elf... so after SWP, I used Starshards when it was up (which is up every pull or every other pull).
Once you hit 50, you stop casting PWS, or at least I have.
VT, SWP, VE, Starshards, wand... mob is dead... I have 90% health and mana at almost all times and chain pull. I'm sure it'll slow down a bit since I just got VT and a SWP upgrade. If I run low on health for some reason, then I PWS and mindflay a target that has VE to heal myself (though of course it has to have VT up to essentially return a good portion of the mana-cost of mindflay).
