There are no spell orders in PvP. There are too many different situations, and it all changes too dynamically, to even contemplate a "spell order" for PvP.

Heck, I typically get annoyed with requests for spell orders for PvE. It shows a rigidity of thought that's downright hazardous in situations that require improvisation. Shadowpriest DPS, for example, functions more like a checklist:
Is SW: Pain up?
Is Vamp. Touch up?
Is Mind Blast on cooldown?
If fight/mana allows, is SW: Death on cooldown?
If all others met, Mind Flay.

Even that has its limitations and caveats, but it's better than trying to strictly follow an artifically imposed "spell order". As one shadowpriest I knows put it, "You're there for v. Touch. After that, whatever does the most DPS... do it!"

Again, even that loose checklist only applies to the reasonably predictable field of PvE. For the madhouse that is PvP, trying to find a spell order is mind-bogglingly suicidal.

I agree. All I can say about "PvP spell rotations" is dispel everything you see and 99% of the time you'll have done the right thing. For BG's, MC people out of bunkers/towers.

On a sidenote though, imagine this situation; You are on 1000/6000 hit points, a paladin who'se just done his holy shock and judgement of righteouss is running towards you with avenging wrath.

Which has the priority? Dispelling wrath or shielding yourself?

The closest thing I can think of to a PVP spell order is the sequence of heals I've learned to use on people going down fast from focus fire:

Pain Suppression
Power Word: Shield
Flash Heal
Prayer of Mending
Renew
Greater Heal

If someone is nearly dead but not really being focused, I skip Pain Suppression. If they're covered with DoTs, I start dispelling after Prayer of Mending.

6000 max hit points in your PVP gear in level 70 arena/BGs? You've got bigger problems than a Holy Shock paladin running up to hit you with his lolhammer. :)

But seriously, shield is the safe choice. Dispel or psychic scream could be resisted, and dispel will only cut his DPS by 30%. Shield, then psychic scream if it's off cooldown followed by running the opposite direction while casting renew and dispel, then casting downranked greater heal, then manaburning as the fear wears off. If he trinkets or psychic scream is on cooldown, flash heal while the shield is up, dispel, renew, manaburn until the scream is up, then downrank greater heal to full and manaburn more.

Generally speaking, when solo against a paladin neither of you will run out of health until out of mana. Discipline doesn't have enough burst and paladins don't have any healing reduction.

Nah, 6000 max hit points in 60-70 quest blues at level 68 ;)

Not that I would usually have problems with shockadins as a priest, but at the moment I'm still squishy enough for my pall (in S2) to 3-shot me. Or nearly anyway. Yesterday I got left with 100 life... If not for the global CD I would dispel, shield, renew and (if not on CD) fear at the same time... The thing is there is global CD =P That's why I'm asking. When all that happened my fear was on CD... I choose to go with dispel and took at 67 melee hit. Then he started casting hammer of wrath, I shielded and absorbed it. Then I started a flash heal and got stunned... No trinket yet so gg at that point.

Remember too that dispelling his Avenging Wrath, if successful, only reduces his DPS by 30%, while casting Pain Suppression reduces it by 40%.

Aye... I don't have Pain Supression though.
