This is the interesting part From what you linked, you can already see that you in fact, did not have a 3:2 rotation as that would have resulted in more steadyshots than autoshots, while you actually have more auto's.
Using that, we check the log (as I linked) and we can see:
167 18:46'06.976 Colandra's Auto Shot hits Underbog Colossus for 647 Physical
246 18:46'09.113 Colandra's Auto Shot hits Underbog Colossus for 643 Physical
At he very start, that's ~2.2 seconds where you didnt do anything, I assume that you had to move here.
2766 18:48'04.024 Colandra's Auto Shot hits Coilfang Hate-Screamer for 583 Physical
2884 18:48'05.825 Colandra's Auto Shot hits Coilfang Beast-Tamer for 608 Physical
A bit further, we can see that it took you close to 2 seconds to switch target.
3503 18:48'15.331 Colandra's Auto Shot hits Coilfang Beast-Tamer for 857 Physical
3566 18:48'16.343 Colandra's Auto Shot hits Coilfang Beast-Tamer for 843 Physical
3658 18:48'18.012 Colandra's Auto Shot hits Coilfang Hate-Screamer for 765 Physical
3701 18:48'19.095 Colandra's Auto Shot hits Coilfang Hate-Screamer for 770 Physical
The biggest one I could find, you spend close to 4 seconds here doing nothing.
And so you continue browsing through your log, looking for the mistakes you made and trying to recall what you did so you can do it better next time.
The main other thing that I could see is that you use a lot of arcane/multi's. With a 3:2 you really want to stay with purely mashing your rotation button/steady shot button.
Edit: you can go into a lot more detail here, checking things like timestamps much closer to see if you had any delay before starting to cast steady after each auto etc etc etc.
