Hello all. I've been reading this forum for a while and have read a lot of great advice, so I thought I would turn to you guys for some help.

First of all, here is the armory link:

Scenario: I am in a guild that is currently raiding Karazan. In addition to the badges recieved from kara, I've also gotten badges from heroics and from SSO boxes. I was saving to get to 100 and get this:

When I ran heroic black morass, this dropped from the last boss:

The question is, should I use the badges to still get badge pants, or use them to improve my offhand and trinkets (or other gear upgrades)?

Any suggestions would be helpful!

The pants that you picked up should last you for a little bit. I would work on replacing your helm (T4/ZA/Spellstrike/Void Reaver are all very good and not super-difficult pugging options). I would get a new offhand (I personally like the fetish of the primal gods) and the icon of the silver crescent. Both of those will last you a very very long time. One more thing, work on getting revered with sha'tar (only 3k rep left to go -- that's like 1 heroic bot run I believe) and get the glyph of power from them, that's another 14 spellhit and some spelldmg (21 I believe) that will put you 2pts from hit capped (although it rounds down so you will need to be at 164 or higher to be capped, at 155 or 163 you still have the same chance to resist). So if you do that and replace the gem in your pants that has spellpen insead of spellhit then you will be capped and in great shape to keep getting better gear.

Thanks for the advice. I went ahead and upgraded my offhand to the Fetish of the Primal Gods, my trinket to the Icon, and had enough badges left over to upgrade the wand to the Carved Witch Doctor's Stick. Now, another gear question. I usually have terrible luck with having things drop for me in raids, so would using my next set of badges to get the mana binder's cowl http://www.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=32089 be worth the badges, or should i upgrade my other ring for the fused nethergon band http://www.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=34889?

I like the extra spell hit from the ring, but the extra stam and spell crit from the cowl is also tempting. Any thoughts?

I'd personally not get the cowl, to be honest(Kara has 3 helm options to choose from, so odds are good you'll see one). The ring however, is very worth it.
