I have a 65 resto druid and I am a respec aholic. I respec way too much because. I want to be a resto druid but it is HARD to quest as a resto. I had read somewhere that druids can respec cheaper somewhere is this true? If so what is the trick? If not how do I level as a resto effectively with out a partner?

Believe me, if there was a trick on "cheaper" respec.. I don't know it =)
For leveling purposes, maybe use a mix of some balance talent and resto talents. I don't have the build under the hand, the dps is far from feral or balance druids, but at least you have... slightly better dps.
Otherwise, try to run as many instances as you can. I leveled my druid feral, and I can't bring myself to leveling a toon as resto :D

I believe it's every month you go w/o a respec the respec price drops by 5 gold. Of course I've been known to be wrong.
If you want to be a resto druid I suggest going feral or balance up until you reach 70 and then spec over, or wait awhile and build up some +healing gear to use and then spec over.
