Er, no, he said himself he played a Warrior. That's not a myth. Oh, and if you mean that that's the reason the Warrior class has dominated for so long then you might be right. It could be for some other reason.
His mage is AP/PoM Pyro and, additionaly, an alt.
Unrelated but the original reason I mentioned Warriros was because I assuemd it was a bandaid fix for melee scaling. But it seems Blizzard is interested in Rogues alone.

Bad enough Rogues don't get chain mail. I have always felt if Hunters get a pet to tank for them AND chain mail then so should rogues. In fact of all the MMORPG games I have played this is the first that Rogues do not get chain mail armor on.
Far as the nerf goes I think its crappy also. Every other class if anything got something to make it easier on them. If anything they should give all rogues those 5 points back and allow them to choose if they still want that talent or not.

Amen. The main way for us rogues to beat a warrior is basically to AVOID engaging in melee and instead be creative with your abilities/CD's.
Though I've since TBC became a lot better at beating them, I still consider warriors as my main anti-class. They and affliction warlocks are the only classes that are simply impossible for me to beat if they are any good.

If you don't want that talent, you're awful.
Hell, that you think we need mail makes you awful.
We're fairly powerful as is, people. Cheat Death/Sinister Calling nerfs are fairly reasonable, IMO.
