I'm starting a 19 rogue twink, almost finished getting my gear together.
My questions:
1- Thistle Tea. Can 19 rogues get hold of this to use it? Can u buy it off others/the AH?
2- Rogue Focus Classic. One of my mates uses this....but should I get it? Is it really that useful?

I'm torn on how to answer. On the one hand, I have a deep-seated inner need to be a know-it-all (i.e. helpful) but on the other hand I loathe twinking. What to do, what to do.....
Learn to seach: Thistle Tea reward quest available at 16 or Behold, the recipe!. You can't get the quest to obtain the recipe until 20 though.
