I am a new 70 rogue, currently speced combat swords. I have enough honor points to get my first pvp weapon. I plan on eventually specing to subtlety and doing arena, but will be grinding honor and rep until then. I was told daggers main and swords off-hand was ideal for subtlety. Now my dilemma is there are two swords: Merciless Gladiator's Slicer (slow 1-hand) or the Merciless Gladiator's Quickblade (fast off-hand). Now, Im assuming this sword will eventually go in my off hand for the subtlety talent. My question is, is it correct dagger/sword is the best combo for subtlety and if so, is a faster or slower off hand more ideal. Thank for all your advice.

NEVER use daggers unless you are Mutilate.
Fast sword in Off-hand, highest average damage sword in mainhand(Read: Slow PvP sword).

Actually,
I use the s3 dagger offhand since it is more dps, quicker, and I am not human.
However, you need to get teh MH sword first.

No, you're wrong. Dagger OH is better unless you do PvE as well.
Learn your ******* class.
You can also roll subtlety, take double dagger and get stuck forever somewhere below the 1600 ratings (like me).
