Throwing Weapon QuestionFollow

Thrown weapon DPS seems trivial to me since both Deadly throw and throw seem to be more of a one shot deal, unlike a hunters constant pew pew. In terms of the two items you posted I would go with the axe since it has the higher top end damage, which means your deadly throws will tend to hit harder. The extra AP and crit seem to make it a better choice as well, although I am not progressed enough to fully understand haste, and I am about to go to bed so I don't feel like studying up.

In regards to damage, this is how DT scales with your weapon damage (which I read as the ##-## range, not DPS).

Bonus Damage

1 Combo Point: 132-228
2 Combo Points: 216-312
3 Combo Points: 300-396
4 Combo Points: 384-480
5 Combo Points: 468-564

Dagger for PvE, Axe for PvP.

In PvE I've been using the distracting Blades since I got them and I am now in BT. I probably won't upgrade them til Gorefiend, and even then I'll probably save my DKP for something else.

Also, I can think of maybe...3 times I've used Deadly throw outside of PvP...no not even that.

Actually Theo, I do suck, I had really hard time getting 1550 to get my pants... So far I have 2 S3 pieces which I'm not really considering about upgrading anytime soon. I think from S3 to S4 has small increase in stats so I don't see I'm in any hurry to get them. I thought I would rather save points until I hit 1750 and get S3 weapons but I don't think that will happen anytime soon. Thanks for the inputs everyone.
